I can't say enough about how Cassie transformed my outlook on how my house operates. She worked primarily in my office as well as in my kitchen/pantry. How to Get Started

1st
Contact me via phone call/text, email, or facebook message to reserve your date on my calendar. 

2nd After receiving photos of the space we will discuss how you want to use your space.  During this initial free 15 minute phone consultation we will discuss what you think is currently working in your space, what you think it not working in your space, and we will determine an approximate amount of time that the project may take.  It is my goal to base my services on each individual clients wants and needs.  (If you desire an in-person consultation the cost is at the hourly rate and it will go towards your organizing session should you choose to move forward)

3rd During the initial session, we will start by reviewing your goals, ideas, and challenges as we begin to work together.  In addition to hands on organizing, I provide encouragement, coaching, and helpful tips and suggestions to maximize success.  At the end of each session we will clean up and if we were not able to complete the space during the session we will find a stopping point for items that we were not able to get to. 

4th We will discuss any remaining areas that you want organized and schedule a follow up session(s). Together we will establish goals that fit your lifestyle and budget, such as frequency of sessions, maintenance sessions, “homework” that is completed between sessions, and support and resources needed.

Pricing

15-Minute Phone Consultation - FREE

In-Person Consultation - $50 - 
fee goes towards your organizing session should you choose to move forward

$50.00/hour
* 3 hour minimum for each project or trip
* Receive a discount when you pay for a block of 12 or more hours (pre-paid see pricing below)
          12 Hours - $580
          20 Hours - $960

          30 Hours - $1430
          40 Hours - $1900
          Must be used within 1 year of purchase date
*Military Discount 10% (not to be combined with the purchase of a block of hours)

*For the highest productivity most sessions are 3-4 hours. Sessions do not typically last more than 5 hours but depending on the situation can last longer.

All organizing sessions include one FREE donation drop off per session - if it is a large donation will schedule a pick-up


Maintenance Sessions -  A great option for people who just need a little support to spruce up their spaces seasonally or monthly. This can range from helping you get settled/unpacked and caught up after a big vacation once a year to organizing and putting away Christmas decorations after the holidays to maintaining your file system once a month.  This is a discounted session for ongoing clients.  

Virtual Organizing Sessions -  A great option for those who are not local or who prefer a more flexible DIY approach to organizing their spaces while still receiving coaching, accountability and direction.  There is a 2 hour minimum for Virtual Sessions and they are billed at the hourly rate.  Sessions consist of video conferencing (utilizing Skype, Google Duo, and Zoom), email, and photos. Virtual Organizing clients will be responsible for lifting, hands on sorting, and donating unwanted items.   

DIY plan - $75 - Do you have one problem area that you just can't seem to get figured out but you prefer to work on it alone? You can email me photos of your space and I will give you helpful tips, encouragement, accountability, resources, as well as ideas and suggestions for your space.

No Show/Late Cancellation Fee - $50 (a 24 hour notice is required)

Shopping Rate - $25/hour

Travel Fee/Weekend and Evening Fee - $30

​Payment – Cash, Check, Credit Card, or PayPal – processed at the end of your session
Returned Check Fee – there is a $100 Returned Check Fee plus any bank and legal fees
