​​How to Get Started
  1. Schedule a Consultation:
    • Click the link above to schedule your complimentary phone/video consultation. You can choose a time that works for you. 
  2. Discovery Call or Consultation:
    • We will discuss your specific spaces, style, needs, and goals.
    • Our goal is to personalize our services to align with your wants, needs, and budget.
    • In-person consultations are available at the consultation rate.
  3. Initial Organizing Session:
    • Quickly review your goals at the session's start so we can ensure we are creating sustainable systems that will work for you.
    • We get started with hands-on organizing in the space(s) agreed upon.
    • During our session you can be involved as little or as much as you would like.  We also provide encouragement, coaching, and helpful tips for effective organization. 
    • When our session is over we will go over everything implemented in your space, discuss systems and answer any questions.  
  4. Follow-up and Recommendations:
    • We will leave you with recommendations on how to continue to move forward with your organizing journey with any "homework" that is left to be done.
    • We will schedule any follow-up session(s).
    • When follow-up sessions are scheduled we will continue to work together to establish goals that fit your lifestyle and budget.

Investment

Complimentary Phone/Video Consultation - (30 min via Phone, Zoom, Google Meet, or Whatsapp) We will take a look at and discuss your spaces, pain points, and what is working.  We evaluate and develop a strategy for your organizing needs and your organizing session. ​
Schedule a Discovery Phone/Video Call
In-Person Consultation - $150 - We will do a walk through of your spaces and discuss pain points as well as what is working.  We evaluate and develop a strategy for your organizing needs and your organizing session. ​
Schedule In-Person Consultation
Starting at $90/hour
This investment includes time Serene Spaces spends sourcing products, strategizing for the project, arranging appointments with other service providers, donation drop off on your behalf after your session, and coordinating proper disposal of items. 

​Additional Organizers - Additional Organizers are used for all projects but the number of additional organizers is dependent on the scope and time sensitivity of the project.  There is an additional charge per hour per additional organizer. The amount of organizers on each project 
is left up to the discretion of Serene Spaces and, you, our client. Additional organizers help ensure that the job is done efficiently, moving the project along more effectively.  A larger organizing team moves large scale projects along quickly, lessening the overall time on the project; therefore, lowering the overall cost of the project. 

* 3 hour minimum for each project or trip
*Military Discount 10%
  • Rates increase for garages, attics, & sheds from June 1st-September 30th
  • No Show/Late Cancellation Fee - $100 (a 48 hour notice is required)
  • Shopping Rate - $50/hour
  • Travel Fee (based on location and amount of organizers)
  • Rates Increase for Weekend and Evening Sessions
  • Outside 30-mile radius of St. Augustine 32092
  • Payment – Cash, Check, Credit Card, Venmo, or PayPal (50% must be paid to hold a spot on our schedule)
  • Returned Check Fee – there is a $100 Returned Check Fee plus any bank and legal fees.

Move Management Services - 
From the moment the first box is packed at your old residence to the complete organization of your new home, we offer comprehensive moving services designed to alleviate every ounce of stress. Whether you need assistance with efficiently unpacking all your boxes and getting you settled and organized from the very start of your move, or prefer us to manage your entire relocation so you truly don't have to lift a finger, we have every aspect of your transition covered with meticulous care and professional expertise.

Virtual Organizing Sessions -

A great option for those who prefer a flexible, Do It Yourself approach to organizing their spaces while still benefiting from live coaching, accountability, and guidance. These sessions include video conferencing (via WhatsApp, Google Meet, or Zoom), email support, photo sharing, and a personalized Serene Spaces Action Plan. Video conferencing sessions are scheduled to allow ample time for you to work on your space between meetings. Virtual Organizing clients are responsible for lifting, hands-on sorting, and donating unwanted items.​

Maintenance Sessions-ongoing support to keep you living your peaceful life - 
Ideal for those seeking regular support to refresh their spaces seasonally, quarterly, or even monthly. Services can range from assisting with post-vacation unpacking and settling in, to organizing and storing holiday decorations, or maintaining your filing system once a month. These sessions are specifically for spaces previously organized by Serene Spaces Professional Organizing.​
