1st Contact us to schedule your complementary video consultation
2nd During your discovery call or consultation we will look at and discuss your specific spaces, style, needs, and goals. It is our goal to personalize our services to each individual client's wants, needs, and budget. (If you desire an in-person consultation the cost is at the consultation rate.) 3rd During the initial session, we will start by reviewing your goals as we begin the journey to a functional organized space. In addition to hands on organizing, we provide encouragement, coaching, and helpful tips and suggestions to maximize success. 4th We will leave you with recommentations on how to move forward if there are more spaces you would like us to work in and schedule a follow up session(s). Together we will establish goals that fit your lifestyle and budget, such as frequency of sessions, maintenance sessions, “homework” that is completed between sessions, and support and resources needed. |

Investment
Complimentary Phone/Video Consultation - (30 min via Phone, Zoom, Google Meet, or Skype) We will take a look at and discuss your spaces, pain points, and what is working. We evaluate and develop a strategy for your organizing needs and your organizing session.
In-Person Consultation - $100 - We will do a walk through of your spaces and discuss pain points as well as what is working. We evaluate and develop a strategy for your organizing needs and your organizing session.
$75 hourly rate
This investment includes time Serene Spaces spends sourcing products, strategizing for the project, arranging appointments with other service providers, standard labels, donation drop off on your behalf after your session, and coordinating proper disposal of items.
* 3 hour minimum for each project or trip

Additional Organizers - Additional Organizers are used for most projects as it moves things along more efficiently and takes less overall time on the project which lowers the overall cost of the project. The number of organizers (typically 2-6) on a project depends on the scale and time sensitivity of the project. This is left up to the discretion of Serene Spaces and our client.

- Rates increase for garages, attics, & sheds from May 1st-September 30th
- No Show/Late Cancellation Fee - $100 (a 24 hour notice is required)
- Shopping Rate - $50/hour
- Travel Fee/Weekend and Evening Fee - $50/day
- Outside 30-mile radius of St. Augustine 32092
- Payment – Cash, Check, Credit Card, Venmo, or PayPal (50% must be paid to hold a spot on our schedule)
- Returned Check Fee – there is a $100 Returned Check Fee plus any bank and legal fees.

Maintenance Sessions - A great option for people who just need a little support to spruce up their spaces seasonally, quarterly, or even monthly. This can range from helping you get settled/unpacked and caught up after a big vacation once a year, to organizing and putting away Christmas decorations after the holidays, to maintaining your file system once a month. Maintenance sessions apply to spaces organized by SSPO in the past.

Virtual Organizing Sessions - A great option for those who prefer a more flexible DIY approach to organizing their spaces while still receiving live coaching, accountability and direction. Virtual Sessions consist of video conferencing sessions (utilizing Skype, Google Duo, or Zoom), email, photos, and a customized Serene Spaces Action Plan. The video conferencing sessions are spaced out to allow you time to work on your space between the sessions. Virtual Organizing clients will be responsible for lifting, hands on sorting, and donating unwanted items.

Membership Sessions - Perfect for those who prefer to tackle home organization gradually, room by room, these sessions offer peace of mind and a clutter-free space. During each session we’ll tackle your spaces based on your plan and the scope of your project. SSPO Membership allows you to choose the plan that works best for your needs and monthly budget.

DIY plan - $225 - Do you have one problem area that you just can't seem to get figured out but you prefer to work on it alone? You will receive a customized Serene Spaces Action Plan as well as encouragement, accountability, and resources via email and phone. This includes one 30 minute virtual organizing quick start call.
