One thing that is very important to Cassie Thompson, owner of Serene Spaces, LLC, is giving back to the community. We love to partner with and support local businesses and entrepreneurs. This looks different depending on the needs in the community.
Some examples of how we give back are:
- Donate client and personal items to local non-profit organizations accepting specific or general donations to grow their organizations and fund their mission.
- Donate hands on professional organizing services to local non-profit organizations that need assistance organizing small projects.
- Teach courses, workshops, and speak to local non-profit organizations about organizing (topics vary depending on requests, needs, and audience).
- Collaborate, refer, and shop local small businesses.
- Donate gift certificates for services to local charities, galas, and silent auctions.
At Serene Spaces, we are deeply committed to environmentally conscious living, integrating sustainable and eco-friendly practices into every facet of our business and personal lives. Beyond simply reducing waste and prioritizing reuse, we are dedicated to finding responsible recycling solutions for items that have reached the end of their functional life and are no longer suitable for donation. This passion for sustainability has led us to local community initiatives to partner and reduce waste when possible.
