We are seeking enthusiastic, empathetic, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Professional Organizers. The ideal candidate possesses a passion for organization, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong commitment to client confidentiality and satisfaction

Preferred Skills and Experience: 
  • Experience: Previous experience in organizing, interior design, personal assistance, or a related field strongly preferred. Experience with customer service is essential.
  • Adept at Organization: Demonstrated ability to create logical, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing organizational systems.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional active listening, empathy, patience, and non-judgmental communication skills. Must be able to work comfortably in intimate client environments.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, climb stairs/ladders, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive movements (e.g., bending, kneeling, reaching).
  • ​Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using basic office software (e.g., Google Workspace, Various Apps) for scheduling and project tracking.
  • ​Transportation: Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and be willing to travel to client locations within the service area.

Job Description and Details: 
Client Service and Execution
  • Conduct on-site organizing sessions with clients, ranging from single rooms to whole-house projects.
  • Assess client needs, habits, and goals to develop customized organizing plans and solutions.
  • Sort, declutter, categorize, and contain items efficiently and logically.
  • Recommend and shop for appropriate organizing products (e.g., bins, shelves, drawer dividers) while adhering to client budget and aesthetic preferences.
  • Manage the donation, consignment, or removal of unwanted items
 System Development and Maintenance
  • Design and implement sustainable organizational systems for various spaces, including kitchens, closets, garages, home offices, and digital files.
  • Provide coaching and hands-on guidance to clients on how to maintain their newly organized spaces.
Business and Professionalism
  • Maintain strict client confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Communicate clearly, courteously, and consistently with clients and team members.
  • Accurately track and submit hours worked and expenses incurred for each project.
  • Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.

​Other Considerations: 
  • Position is Part-Time
  • Typical days start between 8:30-9am and goes until the project is finished which is ideally around 2-3pm which allows you time with the kids after school if needed (There are times when we work longer days and sometimes work on weekends.)
  • We offer flexibility with scheduling. You can determine how much or little you work each month. Maybe you would like to work 1 day a week, or you may want 4 days a week, you choose. We have a scheduling calendar where you are able to fill in your availability.    
  • Each job has 2 or more organizers, during scheduling we evaluate the scope and try to add more organizers as needed to get the job finished within a certain time frame. Each job has a lead organizer to keep things moving on the right track
  • Organizing isn't always glamorous, sometimes it is dirty and most of the time it is hard & physical work.  We go above and beyond for our clients.
