Investment
Investment Begins at $90/Hour
Your investment encompasses the comprehensive behind-the-scenes work that Serene Spaces performs to ensure a seamless transformation. This includes sourcing the right organizational products, detailed project strategizing, and managing logistics with external service providers. Furthermore, we handle the final steps of the process for you, including donation drop-offs and coordinating the responsible disposal of unwanted items, so you can enjoy your new space immediately.
Collaborative Organizing Teams - To provide the most effective and efficient support, we utilize additional organizers for every project, with the specific team size tailored to your unique scope and timeline. A larger team often results in a more efficient process often focusing on more than one area in your home or business, significantly reducing the total hours required for large-scale transformations and ultimately lowering your overall project cost. The final team size is a collaborative decision made between Serene Spaces and you, ensuring we have the right level of support to bring order and calm back into your spaces in the right amount of time.

- Rates increase for garages, attics, & sheds from June 1st-September 30th
- No Show/Late Cancellation Fee - $100 (a 48 hour notice is required)
- Shopping Rate - $50/hour
- Travel Fee (based on location and amount of organizers)
- Rates Increase for Weekend and Evening Sessions
- Outside 30-mile radius of St. Augustine 32092
- Payment – Cash, Check, Credit Card, Venmo, or PayPal (50% must be paid to hold a spot on our schedule)
- Returned Check Fee – there is a $100 Returned Check Fee plus any bank and legal fees.

Complimentary Phone/Video Consultation - In this 30-minute session—available via Zoom, WhatsApp, Meet, or phone—we will connect to explore your specific spaces and the unique daily challenges you may have. For phone consultations, we kindly request photos of your areas to better understand your projects specifics. This is a dedicated opportunity for us to assess current functionality while pinpointing areas of friction, ensuring we gauge the precise level of support needed for a detailed project estimate. We recognize that every home and set of belongings is distinct; our customized proposal is thoughtfully designed to reflect the scale of your space, your possessions, and your individual priorities.
In-Person Consultation - $150 - For those who prefer a more hands-on approach, we offer an on-site walkthrough to understand your needs and space(s). During this comprehensive visit, we will explore your specific spaces and the unique challenges you encounter daily. It is a dedicated opportunity for us to assess current functionality while pinpointing areas of friction, ensuring we gauge the precise level of support needed for a detailed project estimate. We recognize that every home and set of belongings is distinct; our customized proposal is thoughtfully designed to reflect the scale of your space, your possessions, and your individual priorities.

Virtual Organizing Sessions -
A great option for those who prefer a flexible, Do It Yourself approach to organizing their spaces while still benefiting from live coaching, accountability, and guidance. These sessions include video conferencing (via WhatsApp, Google Meet, or Zoom), email support, photo sharing, and a personalized Serene Spaces Action Plan. Video conferencing sessions are scheduled to allow ample time for you to work on your space between meetings. Virtual Organizing clients are responsible for lifting, hands-on sorting, and donating unwanted items.
Ideal for our SSPO Alumni seeking regular support to refresh their spaces seasonally, quarterly, or even monthly. Services can range from assisting with post-vacation unpacking and settling in, to organizing and storing holiday decorations, or maintaining your filing system once a month. These sessions are specifically for spaces previously organized by Serene Spaces Professional Organizing.
